(Had President's Day. Snowed 4-5 inches on our day off. Roads cleared for today. School on!)
Greeted students in the freezing cold. Worth it, though, to see all those smiling faces.
Called a couple of parents to clear up the lunchroom crisis from last week.
Made my way around the K rooms.
Had meeting with a parent and principal. Great resolution and listening done by all parties involved.
Made my way around the 1st grade classrooms.
Scheduled a meeting with SLPS Deputy Superintendent for April.
Visited the 3rd and 5th grade classrooms.
Scarfed lunch.
Met with students during their lunch to talk through conflict resolution.
Assisted the principal and reading specialist on incoming K visits. Here at Bristol, every incoming K student is visited at their house. So many benefits to these meetings!
Dismissal procedures.
